You get a confirmation with the pickup time and your chauffeur. Flights are checked the morning of and the time moves if the flight does.
The car is at the address ahead of time, so there is nothing to check on your way out. Door held, bags handled, and you are moving.

We run throughout Charlotte and the surrounding areas, including regular airport service to Charlotte Douglas International. If your pickup or drop-off sits outside the metro, call and ask. Longer trips are usually a yes.

Yes. For airport pickups we check the flight the morning of and move the pickup time if the arrival moves.
No. That service is private transportation for medical professionals getting to shifts, campuses and conferences. It is not patient transport and it is not a medical service of any kind.
That is most of what corporate and executive booking looks like: a full or half day with the same chauffeur across every stop. Send the schedule and we price it as one booking rather than a string of separate trips.
